Questions about finding practitioners, reviews, bookings and using Sagedlist.
What is Sagedlist?
Sagedlist helps you discover practitioners across astrology, metaphysics, spiritual practices and related traditions.
You can explore profiles, learn what practitioners do and use available information and reviews to decide who may be right for you.
Is Sagedlist a practitioner?
No.
Sagedlist provides the platform that helps people discover and connect with independent practitioners.
The practitioners listed on Sagedlist provide their own services.
Does Sagedlist recommend a specific practitioner?
Sagedlist helps you discover and compare practitioners, but appearing on Sagedlist should not be treated as a personal recommendation or guarantee that a practitioner is right for you.
You should review the practitioner's profile and decide whether their approach is appropriate for you.
What do the different review labels mean?
Review labels tell you how a review was collected.
Verified Booking means the review is associated with a qualifying Sagedlist booking.
Invited Review means the practitioner invited a past client through Sagedlist and that person submitted the review.
Customer Review means a customer independently submitted an eligible review without a qualifying Sagedlist booking. Customer Reviews are reviewed by Sagedlist before they are published.
These labels describe how the review was collected. They do not mean Sagedlist independently verified everything stated in the review.
Can practitioners write their own reviews?
No.
Practitioners cannot write or import client reviews as though they were submitted by clients.
Does Sagedlist verify every practitioner's qualifications?
No.
Do not assume that every practitioner listed on Sagedlist has had their qualifications verified by Sagedlist.
Where Sagedlist displays a specific verification status, that status describes the verification completed for that profile.
You should still review a practitioner's information and make your own decision before working with them.
Are the results of a reading or consultation guaranteed?
No.
Sagedlist does not guarantee the accuracy, outcome or results of services provided by practitioners.
Who provides the service I purchase?
The practitioner or organization you choose provides the service.
Sagedlist provides the platform used to discover and, where available, connect or book with them.
Who receives my payment?
When a practitioner offers booking, you pay the practitioner directly using the payment link or payment instructions they provide.
Sagedlist does not receive the payment for the practitioner's service.
Does Sagedlist process my payment?
No. Sagedlist does not process payments for practitioner services.
A practitioner may provide their own payment link or payment instructions as part of their booking information.
If you follow a payment link, you may be using a third-party payment service outside Sagedlist.
Who handles refunds or cancellations?
The practitioner is responsible for their own services and applicable refund or cancellation policies.
Review the practitioner's terms before purchasing or booking.
Sagedlist's own subscription or platform purchases are separate and are governed by Sagedlist's applicable terms and policies.
Can I contact a practitioner before deciding?
Where messaging is available, you can use Sagedlist to contact a practitioner.
Some practitioners may also provide a website or other ways to learn more about them.
Do I need an account to browse Sagedlist?
You don't need an account to browse Sagedlist or to book.
Guest bookings are confirmed by email.
Messaging requires an account. To leave a review, you need either an account or a confirmed email.
What should I know before leaving Sagedlist through an external link?
Practitioners may provide links to their websites or social profiles.
These websites are operated by third parties and are outside Sagedlist.
Be careful with unexpected links, requests for sensitive information or anything that appears suspicious.
Sagedlist cannot control third-party websites.
How do I report a practitioner, review or other concern?
Use the available report tools on Sagedlist where provided.
