Accessibility at Sagedlist
Everyone should be able to find a practitioner, book a session and run a practice on Sagedlist, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology. This page says where we are, what we know is not right yet, and how to tell us about a barrier.
The Standard We Are Working To
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, across the public site, booking, customer accounts and the practitioner, business and academy workspaces.
Where Things Stand
We are working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and we have not yet verified that Sagedlist meets it. An accessibility audit on 4 October 2026 found problems, and we have fixed most of them since. Each fix is being checked again before we remove it from the list below. We will update this statement when that checking, including testing with screen readers, is complete.
How We Test
Keyboard-only journeys, automated checks with the axe-core tool, and checks of what the browser exposes to assistive technology, in Google Chrome on a computer and at phone width, covering search, profiles, booking, customer accounts and the practitioner workspace. We have not yet tested with screen readers such as VoiceOver and NVDA; that testing is planned.
Known Limitations
These are the problems we know about that you may meet today. We remove each one from this list once its fix has been checked.
Everywhere
- Screen reader support is not yet verified. We have not yet tested Sagedlist with VoiceOver or NVDA, so some content may not be announced as it should be.
- Fixes made after our 4 October 2026 audit, such as clearer form errors, labelled required fields, stronger field borders and announced confirmations, are still being checked on every page.
When Booking
- A booking time is held for 30 minutes while you confirm it. You are told before the hold ends and can extend it once, by 15 minutes, so the longest hold is 45 minutes. This is new and is still being checked with screen readers.
In the Practitioner, Business and Academy Workspace
- Screens used only by Business and Academy accounts have not yet been fully audited.
Services We Rely On
Parts of Sagedlist are provided by other companies. We choose them with accessibility in mind, but we do not control their code, and their accessibility is theirs to fix.
Clerk, for Signing In
The sign-in and sign-up forms, email codes and Google sign-in are provided by Clerk.
Cloudflare Turnstile, a Security Check
Used on booking and the waiting list to stop automated abuse. It can add keyboard stops without labels and, rarely, asks you to complete a challenge. The barrier report below does not use it.
Stripe, for Plan Payments
Practitioners, businesses and academies pay for a Sagedlist plan on Stripe’s own checkout page. Customers never pay through Sagedlist.
YouTube, for Intro Videos
A practitioner’s intro video plays from YouTube, and its captions are controlled by the practitioner who published it.
Report a Barrier
If something on Sagedlist is hard or impossible for you to use, please tell us. No account required. A person reads every report.
Use the form below, or email us at accessibility@sagedlist.com. If neither works for you, the Contact page lists other ways to reach us.
What Happens Next
We read every report and use it to find and fix the problem. If you gave an email address we reply to it; it is used only for that, kept with the report and deleted with it after 180 days. We never show it publicly or pass it to a practitioner. If a report is part of an open legal, security or support matter, a moderator may hold it, and it is not deleted while the hold stands.
