A Practice with More Than One Practitioner

A business gets its own page and its own team. The practitioners in it keep their own profiles, their own reviews and their own identity verification, and take them with them if they leave.

The Part People Get Wrong

A business and a practitioner are separate entities on Sagedlist. That is not an implementation detail: it decides what a badge means and what happens when somebody moves on.

Verification Does Not Flow Downhill

A verified business has been checked as a business: registered, run by the person who set it up, in control of its domain. It says nothing about the practitioners listed under it. Each of those is verified separately or not at all.

Or Uphill

An identity-verified practitioner does not verify the business they work at. Their badge is theirs, it stays with them when they leave, and it was never a statement about their employer.

Being Listed Is the Person’s Decision

Adding somebody to your team gives them private membership. Showing them on your public page is a separate step that they approve. You cannot put somebody’s name on your page because they hold a seat.

Leaving Ends the Listing, Not the Profile

When a seat ends, the public association ends with it. Their profile, their reviews and their verification are untouched, because none of those belonged to the business.

Roles

Four roles, and what each can do is a permission rather than a job title. Nobody is given a capability because of what their role is called. Free includes one seat, the owner’s; the paid Business plan includes more.

Owner

Everything an admin can do, plus the plan, billing and seats. Exactly one per business, and it moves only by transferring ownership.

Business Admin

Manages people, the public page, services, bookings, booking settings and the shared inbox. Cannot change the plan, billing or seats.

Front Desk

Day-to-day: bookings, the shared inbox and member hours. No authority over people, the page or the plan.

Practitioner

Holds a seat and decides whether to be shown on the business page. Their own profile stays theirs; no authority over the business.

Business verification is not open yet. The badge is designed and nobody can be issued one, so no business page carries it today. How verification works.

Teaching Rather Than Practising?

An academy is a different entity again, with programmes, faculty and its own kind of verification.
