Report a Problem

Tell us what is wrong and we will look at it. Below is where each kind of problem goes, because some of them have a faster route than email.

A Review

Reviews have their own reporting path, on the review itself, because we need to know which one you mean.

Use the Menu on the Review

Open the practitioner’s profile, find the review, and use the menu beside it. You can say it is from somebody who was never your client, that it is abusive, that it contains personal details, that it is from a competitor, or that it is not about the practice at all.

A reported review stays visible while we look at it. Hiding a review the moment somebody objects would make reporting a way to silence criticism.

A Listing, Illegal Content or Copyright

Open the practitioner, Business or Academy page and use Report this listing at the bottom. It can report the listing itself, content on it that you believe is illegal, or content that infringes your copyright. The listing is not told who reported it.

A Booking

Open the link in the most recent email about your booking and use Report a problem. Practitioners report a customer from the booking in their dashboard.

An Accessibility Barrier

Something you cannot use with a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or other assistive technology. Report a barrier on our accessibility page. No account is needed.

A Safety Concern, or a Bug

These all go to one mailbox and a person reads it. Tell us the page you were on and what you expected to happen.

A Listing Is Wrong or Not Who It Says

Somebody’s name or work is being used by an account that is not theirs, or a profile claims something it should not. Send us the link.

A Safety Concern

Pressure to rebook, promises of fixed outcomes, curse removal, or anything that made you feel unsafe. Tell us what happened and when.

If somebody is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. We cannot act at that speed.

Something Is Broken

A page that will not load, a booking that did not go through, a button that does nothing. The page address and roughly when it happened is usually enough for us to find it.

What Happens Next

A Person Reads It

Not a queue that auto-closes. There is no number to quote back at you because there is no ticket system yet, and inventing one would be a worse answer than saying so.

We Tell You What We Did

Including when the answer is that we are not going to act, and why. A report that disappears is the same as no reporting path.

We Do Not Pass on Who Reported

A practitioner is told what was raised, not who raised it, unless you ask us to say.

The report forms are on the listing and on the booking, not here. That is where we can tell which one you mean. Anything else goes to the mailbox above.
